To profitably provide comprehensive, fee-only financial planning in an expedient manner to our clients that eases their transition from the US to Canada or from Canada to the US.

Clients – We serve our clients best by:

  2. Caring for our clients as people first and their numbers second
  3. Helping our clients define and document their personal goals and objectives based on their beliefs and values about money through a comprehensive financial planning process
  4. Providing competence in the niche we serve by ensuring on-going education, training and development for all members of the firm
  5. Contracting out those duties that detract us from serving our clients best
  6. Maintaining and deploying a network of trusted professionals in both Canada and the US to meet the needs of our clients

Ethics – We maintain high ethical and integrity standards in our firm by:

  1. Upholding the fiduciary responsibility in all dealing with our clients
  2. Adhering to the Certified Financial PlannerTM Code of Ethics as outlined by the CFPT Board of Standards in the US , and the Financial Planners Standards Council in Canada
  3. Being members in good standing with industry associations such as the
    Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the National Association for Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) in the US, and Advocis in Canada
  4. Ensuring we meet all of the legal and regulatory filing requirements in the US and Canada
