US Immigration Visas
Despite the close relationship Canada and the US
has, anytime you cross the border, don't forget that you are crossing
into another country and you must have the proper documentation
to prove it (birth certificate or passport preferred). There
are two ways of obtaining legal status in the US : through a business/professional
relationship or a family member sponsoring you. Despite thoughts
to the contrary, you must fit into one of the immigrant "boxes"
listed in order to move, live and work in the US . The age
of maturity to be considered for a visa is age 21 otherwise you
must apply under a sponsoring parent or relative.
